Summary
This is the story of Ilan Kwittken, an actor who likes to portray women. He tells his personal account of growing up with an abusive father, developing his sexual identity, and at the same time, his interest in playing female roles. In his quest to perfect this art form, Ilan learns to perform a host of female characters. Still, when he is finally ready to come out to the world, he realizes that the 80s entertainment industry is not prepared for him.
