Guidelines

 

For consideration, please send the following to jerry@tasoc.org:

  1. A website address or 10-20 images in jpeg format (can be attachments or as a zip file). Images should be labelled Lastname _01.jpg. Images should be 72dpi, 2MB each, 1200px longest side. 

  2. If submitting video, please provide URL links for video and
    time-based work. Vimeo is preferred for video.

  3. A corresponding images list with: Artist name, artwork title, year, medium, dimensions, price.

  4. Artist statement and exhibition history.

  5. A one-page statement about your recent body of work, if applicable.

 

The gallery accepts artist submissions throughout the year. Submissions are reviewed periodically and exhibitions are not guaranteed. Submissions will not be reviewed in the presence of the artist.

Guidelines

​

For consideration, please send the following to jerry@tasoc.org

  • One-page curatorial proposal with a minimum of two artists.

  • CV

  • Bio for each artist, 250-words or less

  • Maximum of five images for each artist

 

Image/Video Submission

Images:

  • Upload maximum of five images per artist. Images must be submitted as JPEG, with filenames formatted as: Lastname_01.jpeg. Images should be 72dpi, 2MB each, 1200px longest side.

  • A corresponding images list with: Artist name, artwork title, year, medium, dimensions, price.

  • Any additional descriptions

 

Video:

  • If applicable, please provide URL links for video and time-based work. Vimeo is preferred for video.

  • Artist name, video title, year

  • Any additional descriptions of the video

Additional Details

  • Each curator will receive a $500 honorarium.

  • Curators from all North American locations are encouraged to apply

  • The Mikhail Zakin Gallery is open Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm & 7:00pm-10:00pm. Sat hours vary, please call 201-767-7160. 

 

Curators will be contacted directly if the proposal is accepted.
